Please read these terms carefully before booking your tour. By booking with Let's go Genie, you accept these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
How to confirm your booking and payment timings.
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the tour start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of payment.
- All online bookings must include valid traveler names and at least one contact number and email.
2. Pricing
What is included and what may change the price.
- All prices are quoted in INR and may change due to fuel costs, government taxes, or increases in hotel/transport tariffs.
- Any increase in cost due to taxes, fuel surcharge, or fare hikes shall be borne by the traveler.
- Prices in the package inclusions are indicative - refer to your booking confirmation for the exact inclusions.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, here's our refund schedule.
- 30 days or more before departure: 90% refund (10% retained for administration).
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
Important: Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the email listed in the Contact section. Cancellation is effective on the date the company receives the written request.
4. Refund Process
How we process refunds and expected timelines.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Bank transfer / card refunds depend on the issuing bank and may take additional days beyond our processing time.
- If a third-party supplier (hotel/transport) imposes a non-refundable charge, that amount will be deducted from the refund.
5. Force Majeure
Events beyond our control and how they affect bookings.
- In case of natural disasters, political unrest, curfews, strikes, roadblocks, pandemics, or government restrictions, we or our suppliers may alter or cancel services.
- In such events, we will offer the choice of rescheduling, an alternative itinerary (if feasible), or a refund after deducting non-refundable third-party charges.
- The company will not be liable for additional costs incurred by travelers due to force majeure events.
6. Itinerary Changes
Why itineraries may change and what we do to help.
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
- Wherever possible we will provide equivalent services without compromising quality.
- Minor changes (timing, order of visits) do not entitle a refund; major changes will be discussed with the traveler and alternatives proposed.
7. Health & Safety
Traveler responsibilities and medical considerations for high-altitude travel.
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel to high-altitude destinations. Consult your physician if you have pre-existing conditions.
- All medical expenses, evacuation costs, or treatment required during the tour are the responsibility of the traveler.
- We recommend carrying a basic first-aid kit and any prescribed medications.
8. Liability
Limits of our responsibility and third-party services.
- Let's go Genie acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators and other service providers; we are not liable for loss, injury, or damage beyond our direct control.
- We will not be responsible for delays, losses or additional expenses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- Travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss and evacuation is strongly recommended.
9. Accommodation & Transport
General rules on rooming and vehicle usage.
- Room allocation is at the hotel’s discretion. Specific room requests (floor, adjoining rooms) cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by the hotel.
- Vehicle types are indicative. We reserve the right to provide an equivalent vehicle due to operational reasons.
- Any damage to hotel rooms or transport vehicles caused by the traveler will be charged to the traveler.
10. Privacy
How we handle traveler information.
- We collect basic contact and booking information to process your reservation and communicate important updates.
- We do not share personal data with unrelated third parties except to the extent necessary to provide booked services (for example, hotels, transport operators).
- By booking, you agree that we may use your contact details to send booking-related notifications and service updates.
